A most reliable and healthy, upright plant with strong growth and large, dark glossy foliage, almost evergreen. Attractive deep maroon young growth. This rose is suitable to be planted as a hedge. This rose is a perfect alternative to ‘William Shakespeare’ which we no longer stock. Bred by Beales.
